You develop core parts of our platform and actively shape how dermatological care works in a digital environment. Working across the full stack, you take ownership from the initial idea through to production deployment. You stay close to the product, understand requirements from a medical perspective, and build solutions that work in everyday practice.

Your Responsibilities

Development and continuous improvement of our web applications, both frontend and backend

Working with Ruby on Rails in production systems

Implementing new features from initial idea to live deployment

Close collaboration with Product, Medical, and Tech teams

Ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance

Contributing to technical decisions and the ongoing development of our system architecture

Your Profile

2–3 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a comparable role

Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails

Experience working on production software projects

Structured, reliable, and independent working style

Fluent English skills, both written and spoken

Strong teamwork skills and sense of responsibility

Residence in Germany or Portugal (remote)

Nice to Have

Experience in health tech, med tech, or a regulated environment

Interest in sustainable software development and scalable systems
