Sales & Customer Success Manager M/F/D (Dutch Market) – Berlin

The wind is good and there are still so many possibilities that we would like to use and explore together with you!

Your responsibilities on deck:

Independently manage the entire sales process in the Netherlands, from proactive lead generation and onboarding to long-term partnership development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, therapists), retailers, and key business partners to drive brand growth.

Act as the face of NORSAN at industry congresses and events, strengthening the brands reputation and presence within the Dutch market.

Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B and B2C clients, overseeing order management and ensuring premium service quality.

Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics) to scale and optimize Dutch business operations.

What we expect from you:

Native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong English skills (German is a plus)

Experience in sales, account management, & customer success

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proactive, structured, and hands-on mindset

Interest in health, nutrition, or supplements is a plus

Working hours: from 40h/week

Place of work: Berlin-Friedrichshain, right at Ostkreuz
