What you can expect

Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and business plans

Continuation and further development of the reporting system as well as the implementation of investment and profitability calculations

Preparation and, if necessary, support of budget negotiations

Monitoring cost and revenue developments and deriving suggestions for improvement

Providing technical support to the management and taking on business management projects

Collaboration in regional projects and controlling support for other Helios clinics in the Helios Region South

What you bring with you

A degree in business administration or comparable training as well as sound knowledge in the areas of healthcare, hospital financing and hospital law

Extensive experience in the area of controlling and accounting in a hospital

Clear analytical and goal-oriented thinking and working methods as well as good MS Office skills and relevant experience with SAP

Communication, cooperation and teamwork skills as well as organizational and negotiation skills

A high degree of reliability, flexibility and resilience, high level of commitment, sense of responsibility and decision-making ability

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
