What you bring

Several years in restaurant or service work, ideally already in a lead or deputy role

Trained in hospitality, or comparable hands-on experience in serious gastronomy

Genuine pleasure in hospitality and in working with people

A friendly, attentive, polished presence

A gift for organisation, and the ability to motivate and lead a team

What were looking for

An eye for order and cleanliness in the restaurant

An open, hands-on, considered way of working

The sense of responsibility to support the restaurant manager on organisation and staffing, and to stand in during their absence
