Student Assistant -Central Reception (m/f/d)

We are looking for multi-talented people for our central reception and organisational activities.

Your area of responsibility:

To be a competent and friendly contact person for our patients and customers

Contact person for patients, suppliers, doctors and employees of the clinic

Processing and forwarding calls and emails

Organisation, coordination and catering of events

Archiving

Support for suppliers

General ordering and administrative tasks

Other various support activities in different areas of the clinic

Our requirements:

You enjoy working with people

You are service- and customer-orientated

You are willing to work at least 15 and up to 20 hours per week (working student basis)

You have good PC skills

You are interested in working for us for 1 year or longer
