The IOZK is a center specializing in translational medicine. Our focus is on the rapid implementation of findings from basic immunological research for the treatment of cancer.

We treat patients from all over the world with the latest options in personalized medicine. The focus is on optimizing the immunological situation with the aim of prolonging life and maintaining quality of life. The IOZK has a clean room laboratory that produces drugs in accordance with ATMP-GMP guidelines, as well as an immunodiagnostic laboratory. You can find us in downtown Cologne.

Specialist in hematology and oncology (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with us:

Medical care for international patients in a demanding, individual setting

Taking medical history, diagnostics, and development of individualized immuno-oncology therapy concepts

Close interdisciplinary collaboration with our GMP laboratory and research team

Participation in the further development of our therapeutic procedures

Upon request: scientific publications, lectures, and participation in international conferences

What you bring to the table:

Specialist certification in hematology and oncology

Interest in immuno-oncology and innovative therapeutic methods

Enjoyment of scientific work and interdisciplinary exchange

High degree of personal responsibility, empathy, and ability to work in a team

Very good German and English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage

General conditions:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, flexitime between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Approximately every 6 weeks: Saturday service (morning)

Remuneration in accordance with TVöD-Ärzte (TdL) or individual agreement
