What are we looking for?

To help establish and further develop our nasal surgery department, we are seeking an experienced specialist (m/f/d) in ear, nose and throat medicine with a keen interest in functional and aesthetic nasal surgery, to join us at the earliest possible date.

We are specifically looking for colleagues with advanced surgical experience in rhinoplasty who wish to provide advice and perform operations independently from day one. With us, you will assume clinical responsibility for your patients right from the start – with a level of autonomy commensurate with your experience, and within a collegial environment that supports you rather than restricting you.

What makes this role special:

You will play an active role in helping to establish the rhinoplasty department at the Noahklinik and, provided you are suitably qualified, develop it further to the point where you can manage it independently. We will provide targeted support for your specialisation, both internally at our clinic and through external training courses. Anyone wishing to further develop their expertise in aesthetic facial surgery will find opportunities to do so in parallel through our interdisciplinary collaboration with the plastic and aesthetic surgery department.

Your responsibilities

Independent consultation, treatment planning and surgical procedures across the full spectrum of functional and aesthetic nasal surgery (including septorhinoplasty, functional nasal surgery and revision procedures)

Establishment of the Rhinoplasty Department – with a view to taking on independent divisional management responsibilities

Consultation for the self-employed for surgical and non-surgical treatments

Responsibility for the entire course of treatment – from the initial consultation through to the operation and aftercare

Close interdisciplinary collaboration in plastic and aesthetic facial surgery

Active participation the clinical and strategic development of the hospital

Your profile

Recognition as a specialist doctor (m/f/d) in ear, nose and throat medicine

Substantial operational experience in functional and aesthetic nasal surgery, as well as a comprehensive catalogue of surgical procedures, enabling surgeons to perform operations independently from day one
