We are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/div.) for our Inside Sales Team

MMG manufactures custom-made, premium materials for dentists in Germany. Our professional team of chemists, business professionals, laboratory technicians, and chemical technicians stands for quality and reliability. We have more than 40 years of experience in the manufacture of dental materials.

Your Responsibilities:

- Leading and guiding our small inside sales team

- Developing, improving, and implementing structures and processes together with the Director of Sales

- Ensuring the entire O2C process

- Communicating with national and international customers

- Taking responsibility for customs clearance

- Conducting negotiations with our freight carriers and package delivery providers

Your Profile:

- A successfully completed bachelors degree (B.A.) in business administration with a focus on logistics or a successfully completed business apprenticeship

- Several years of practical experience in order processing, inside sales, export processing, and customs clearance

- Experience in process development

- Some leadership experience is desirable

- Fluency in spoken and written German and English is required (knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus)
