Business Development Manager for the DACH region (m/f/d)
To strengthen our cross-location management team, we are looking for a Business Development for the DACH region (m/f/d) for the Modern Wellness and Longevity Spa division as soon as possible.
CRYOPOINT is Europes market leader. In 2018, we opened our first studio in Hamburg. Expansion via franchise licenses began in 2019. With around 20 locations and 500,000 longevity applications now completed, we are still a long way from reaching our goal. Our growth targets are ambitious: our vision is to be by far the most attractive biohacking health brand in German-speaking Europe. For the coming milestones, we are looking for passionate, health-enthusiastic and dynamic people with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit who are keen to actively help shape our success story with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Our new Business Development Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective achievement of quantitative and qualitative corporate goals, so that people and resources are optimally coordinated and the excellent quality of our service is guaranteed at all times.

Your daily business
You are responsible for the strategic development and expansion of trusting and long-term customer relationships
You create offers and carry out customer needs analyses
You develop and optimize sales strategies and concepts to expand the customer network and carry out market and competition analyses.
You take overall responsibility for sales – there are no limits to your creativity
You win and convince long-term partnerships
You round off your profile with an open-minded, enthusiastic and communicative manner as well as a high level of commitment
Your skills
You are communicative, a sales professional or career changer and have a desire to hunt, have 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer acquisition
You are confident on the phone and have a lot of personality, loyalty and fun
You are success-oriented, challenges motivate you (a “no” gets you in top form) and you like to celebrate personal successes
You are quick-witted and have a friendly voice, a commercial education and experience in sales are an advantage. Career changers are equally welcome
You are ready to work at some of our events – even at weekends
