Senior Sales Manager for the DACH region (m/f/d)
In order to strengthen our cross-location management team, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager for the DACH region (m/f/d) for the modern wellness and longevity spa sector as soon as possible.
CRYOPOINT is Europes market leader. In 2018, we opened our first studio in Hamburg. Expansion via franchise licenses began in 2019. With around 20 locations and 500,000 longevity applications now completed, we are still a long way from reaching our goal. Our growth targets are ambitious: our vision is to be by far the most attractive biohacking health brand in German-speaking Europe. For the coming milestones, we are looking for passionate, health enthusiasts and dynamic people with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit who are keen to actively help shape our success story with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Our new Senior Sales Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective achievement of quantitative and qualitative company targets, so that people and resources are optimally coordinated and the excellent quality of our service is guaranteed at all times.

Your daily business
Be responsible for all sales activities and coordinate them perfectly.
Coach, motivate and encourage managers, employees and franchise partners.
Organize the expansion for new locations in German-speaking countries.
Be responsible for key KPIs such as sales, member balances, additional revenue, costs, budgets and site profits.
Activate your teams to improve service quality within the defined rules and guidelines and thus increase sales.
Actively generate new leads in cooperation with the central marketing team and ensure a continuous increase in membership balances.
Your skills
A Bachelors degree in Sports / Business / Business Administration / Sales or a related field is desirable.
At least 3 years management sales and franchise experience.
High affinity for sport, fitness, vitality and health.
Knowledge of the health and fitness industry, as well as the chain store sector. A retail background is an advantage but not mandatory.
Excellent ability to build interpersonal relationships.
Ability to interact “relaxed” yet effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a large organization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Flexible, hard-working and highly motivated individual with a strong desire to build a stellar career in the healthcare field.
