SIVONIC GmbH is a German company headquartered in Magdeburg-Barleben. Our team has been active in the field of impedance spectroscopy for 20 years. Our impedance spectrometers are used by renowned companies in the fields of batteries, fuel cells, electrolysis and many other areas.

To further expand our market position, we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who can communicate our innovative technologies in a clear and compelling way and further develop our brand in the international B2B environment.

Your responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Positioning

You continuously develop our marketing strategy and sharpen the positioning of our products in the international B2B environment. In doing so, you work closely with Sales, Product Management and Management.

Content Marketing & Communication

You create target-group-specific content for our website, social media, specialist articles, white papers, newsletters and marketing campaigns. You translate complex technical topics into clear and compelling messages.

Sales Support & Campaigns

You develop presentations, brochures and other sales materials and plan marketing campaigns along the customer journey. In addition, you actively support lead generation.

Trade Fairs & Events

You plan and organize trade fair appearances, workshops, webinars and other events and represent SIVONIC GmbH together with our team at national and international events.

Your profile

Education & Qualifications

You have successfully completed a degree in marketing, communication, business administration or a comparable field.

Professional Experience

You have at least five years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.

Professional Skills

You have sound knowledge of content marketing, social media, campaign management and brand communication. Experience with CRM systems, CMS, marketing automation and modern AI-supported marketing tools is required.

Working Style & Personality

You work independently, creatively and in a structured manner. You enjoy communicating complex technologies in an understandable way and implementing new marketing ideas on your own responsibility.

Language Skills

Very good German skills at a minimum C1 level or native-level German, as well as very good written and spoken English skills, are mandatory for this position.

Desirable Additional Qualifications

Ideally, you already have experience in one or more of the following areas:

Hydrogen, energy or cleantech industry

Marketing of complex technical products requiring explanation

Industry 4.0, IIoT or software products

Graphic design or image editing, e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva

CMS systems, SEO and web analytics

Product marketing and international product launches

Experience with AI-supported content and marketing tools
