What you will earn as a trainee with us

You have almost finished school and would like to start your training in the exciting field of dentistry. We understand that training years are not always easy, so we go the extra mile with our standard trainee salary.

Normally in the 1st year of training = €975 with us €1,075 Normally in the 2nd year of training = €1,050 with us €1,150 Normally in the 3rd year of training = €1,150 with us €1,250

In addition, each trainee (m/f/d) receives €50 tax-free and company health insurance after completing their probationary period.

What you earn as a dental assistant with us

Starter

€2,600 to €2,800

As a starter, you will jump straight into treatments and get to know the practice procedures.

We wont leave you on your own. An experienced member of the team will support you. The more you get to know the practice, the more treatments and tasks you will be allowed to take on.

Pro

€2,700 to €3,000

As a pro, you are already familiar with our processes and feel confident performing many tasks independently. In addition to assisting with treatments, you will be given an area of responsibility where you can prove yourself.

Expert

€2,900 to €3,400

As an expert, you are an indispensable part of the practice team and we support you with specialised training. Not only are you a great dental assistant (m/f/d), you also support your colleagues in their development and have a good team spirit. You lead by example.
