Your responsibilities

Warm reception and personal care of our patients at the highest service level

Organisation and coordination of daily practice life as well as professional appointment management

Assisting with aesthetic treatments

Preparing and reprocessing the treatment rooms

Performing classic medical-assistant tasks, including documentation

Caring for patients before, during and after treatments

Ensuring a smooth practice workflow with high quality standards

What you bring

Successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)

A well-groomed, friendly and professional manner

A strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with people

Organisational strength, reliability and an independent way of working

Discretion, empathy and team spirit

Interest in aesthetic medicine and exclusive patient care

Professional experience in a private practice or in the aesthetic field is an advantage, but not a requirement
