FINANCE (M/F/D)

Berlin · Paid Position ANTI is a cultural movement and members club in Berlin Mitte, bringing together movement, recovery, hospitality, events and community under one roof. Were looking for an experienced Accounting professional to support our financial operations and bring structure, accuracy and reliability to the day-to-day running of ANTI. WHAT YOULL DO: - Manage ongoing bookkeeping and accounting processes - Prepare and process incoming and outgoing invoices - Monitor payments, outstanding invoices and expenses - Support monthly and annual financial closings - Maintain organised financial documentation - Coordinate with our tax advisors and external accounting partners - Support payroll-related processes and financial administration - Improve and establish efficient internal accounting workflows WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR: - Professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping or a comparable role - Strong understanding of German accounting processes - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail - Confident working independently and taking ownership - Experience with relevant accounting software and digital workflows - German required, English is a plus WHAT WE OFFER: A paid position within a growing independent brand and the opportunity to actively shape the structures behind ANTI as we continue to develop.
