Manager (m/f/div.) for our sales team

MMG manufactures custom-made, premium materials for dentists in Germany. Our professional team of chemists, business professionals, laboratory technicians, and chemical technicians stands for quality and reliability. We have more than 40 years of experience in the manufacture of dental materials.

Your Responsibilities:

- Planning and managing marketing initiatives, campaigns, and social media

- Design and implementation of marketing materials and content

- Organizing and executing trade shows, events, conferences, and workshops

- Analysis of customer, market, and competitive trends

- Responsibility for product strategy, roadmap, further development, and pricing

- Managing product launches and collaborating with sales, development, agencies, and subsidiaries

Her Profile:

- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field

- Several years of experience in strategic and operational marketing, ideally on an international level

- Experience in campaign, project, and agency management

- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, as well as a market- and customer-oriented approach

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to take initiative

- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
