At Somana, we actively provide therapy, not just massages. We believe that active movement and prevention can improve or even prevent a wide range of physical limitations. With the opening of our first Health Club in Berlin, were redefining physiotherapy. We dont just want to get our clients moving. Were also looking for colleagues who want to make a difference!

As a Physiotherapist at Somana, youre a key figure in our success. Your work has a direct impact on the development of our therapy approach and the health and satisfaction of our clients. You enjoy transitioning your former therapy patients into members of our Somana Health Club and supporting them long term. You work closely with the founding team, the Head of Physiotherapy, and the trainers to sustainably improve the physiotherapy market.

Your Responsibilities

You treat our physiotherapy patients in the areas of rehabilitation and prevention. Together with patients, you evaluate their current condition, set goals, and adapt therapy to their needs.

You introduce our patients to supportive and preventive training and continue to guide them beyond that.

You review the training plans suggested by our software and adapt them to patients abilities.

You actively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of trainers and physiotherapists to ensure holistic care.

You help shape and further develop new training concepts within the Somana training method. Together with the team, you help improve how patients are educated about their physical limitations.

You support scientific studies at the Health Club and present the results to the team.

Who This Job Is For

You have completed training or a degree in physiotherapy and have at least two years of professional experience.

You have a deep understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and know how to build therapies that are both scientifically grounded and deliver lasting results.

You want to do more than temporarily relieve symptoms. Youre motivated to support and guide patients long term.

You enjoy working with people, are communicative, and can get them excited about training.

Youre always interested in the latest best practices and motivated to pursue additional training. Its a plus if you already hold certified further training in Krankengymnastik am Gerät (KGG) or Medical Training Therapy (MTT).

You have a hands-on mentality and take initiative. In our still small team, team spirit matters a lot.

Youre not only passionate about sports yourself but also excited by Somanas vision of improving and maintaining health through targeted training. You want to actively help us get more people moving!
