For our location in Maxvorstadt, we are looking for a reliable and dedicated office assistant to support us in our daily therapeutic work with the daily requirements in the back office as well as in patient care.

Do you feel like representing our modern logopedic practice through your entrepreneurial thinking and enriching our team with your open-minded nature?

You will support our office manager with a minijob position, possibly more hours (up to 20 hours) possible.

Job description

Your profile:

Empathic, communicative and a team player

Reliable, structured and organized

Confident appearance, also on the phone

Familiarity with digital work tools

Fluent in written and spoken German, preferably knowledge of English

Professional experience in everyday practice desirable

Interest in the therapeutic field

All ages welcome

Your tasks:

Administrative and organizational activities such as bookkeeping and billing

Coordination of appointment scheduling

Contact person for our patients on the phone, by mail and in person

Checking and managing prescriptions

Reordering of consumables

Collaboration in the further development of the practice and process optimization

Co-organization of events
