The VenaZiel Venen-Kompetenz-Zentrum (VKZ) Berlin stands for the highest quality in the diagnosis and treatment of venous diseases and proctological conditions. We are looking for a committed and friendly person to join our team with immediate effect:
➡ Medical assistant (MFA) (m/f/d)
Your tasks
Reception and care of our patients before, during and after treatments.
Organization and coordination of consultation hours and surgery days.
Supporting doctors with diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
Carrying out preparatory measures such as taking blood samples, applying dressings and assisting with procedures.
Documentation and maintenance of patient files as well as billing according to EBM/GOÄ.
Your profile
Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA).
Professional experience in phlebology or proctology is an advantage, but not required.
Enjoy dealing with patients and have an empathetic demeanor.
Organizational talent, reliability and ability to work independently.
Good IT skills (ideally in practice software).
