For our location in Eiterfeld we are looking for someone (full-time) as soon as possible as:

(Dental) Technician (m/f) in CAD/CAM Support/Engineering

Responsibilities

• Providing support and service for CAD/CAM applications in the lab-side and chairside areas, as well as for lab scanners and iOS
• Customer consultation, troubleshooting, and parameter optimization for software, hardware, or user issues
• Training of customers, representatives, and sales partners in the use of our CAD/CAM applications (lab-side and chairside), as well as dental scanners and iOS
• Handling national and international phone and email correspondence in German and English

Profile of requirements

• Completed training in dental technology or technical training with a focus on CNC/machining technology
• Initial professional experience with digital manufacturing processes in dental technology is desirable
• Good knowledge of CAM applications, dental CAD, and dental materials

Good written and spoken German and English skills

Customer- and solution-oriented approach, as well as strong communication skills
