Your duties:

Medical care and management of our patients within the interdisciplinary team

Prescription of medical therapy components and close interdisciplinary cooperation with nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and psychotherapy to implement an individual treatment plan

Admission, interim and discharge examinations

Participation in medical meetings, ward rounds and on-call duties

Collaboration in the conceptual further development of the medical services offered

Where applicable: sonography, duplex sonography, echocardiography

Your profile:

Completed medical degree with German licence to practise

You are a specialist in Internal Medicine, General Medicine or Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine, or a junior doctor in training

Enjoy working in a multiprofessional team

Sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and empathy

Interest in patient-centred, holistic treatment

Social worker (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibility:

Taking social history and social assessments

Individual counselling, groups and presentations on the following topics

- Social security law

- Financial security

- Vocational rehabilitation (MBOR, phased reintegration, benefits for participation in working life, reduced earning-capacity pension)

- Home care for people in need of nursing or assistance, applying for a care level (Pflegegrad)

- Aftercare: rehabilitation sport, where applicable T-RENA/IRENA

Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings

Collaboration with external counselling services

Your profile / Your values:

Diploma, Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work

Solid knowledge of social legislation and networking

Patient orientation, ability to work in a team, social competence

Counselling skills, flexibility and the ability to work independently
