We offer you a permanent position as a trainee nurse and provide reliable support on your journey towards becoming a qualified nurse.

Whilst you develop your language and professional skills, you will be part of our team from the very start and gain valuable practical experience in day-to-day nursing care. We structure your training phase in a clear and transparent manner, in accordance with legal requirements.

We conduct an introductory interview and discuss your motivation, professional experience, and German language skills.

Finding a suitable placement position

Employment contract & recognition process

We prepare all documents for your application for recognition as a nurse and you receive your employment contract.

Authorities

Visa & entry

  • We support you with the visa application and travel planning.
  • Duration: approx. 4–8 weeks

Arrival & onboarding in Germany

Training and employment references (copies)

If applicable, recognition notice or proof of qualifications

Our recruiting department receives your documents and checks them for completeness. If anything is missing, you will receive a checklist from us along with support for submitting the missing documents.

After a thorough review, we forward your documents to the relevant authorities, such as the state recognition authority (regional government office) or the responsible immigration authority. This ensures that your recognition process can start quickly and correctly.

Who supports me with my visa process?

For the visa application, certain documents are required, including:

A valid passport

Proof of completion of vocational training / studies

An employment contract or a preliminary confirmation from CBT

Language certificates (B1 / B2)

Our recruiting team prepares all documents together with you and ensures that they are complete and submitted correctly. If needed, we also arrange appointments at the embassy or consulate for you and support you in communicating with the authorities. From the very beginning, you have us as your dedicated point of contact.

What housing options are available?

Before your arrival, we organize an initial furnished accommodation for you, which is arranged through CBT for the duration of your recognition period. We take care of the key handover, rental contract, and essential household items.

At the same time, we are happy to support you in finding long-term housing.

A mentor from our team will also support you as you settle into your new environment.

What costs will I have?

  • All costs related to recruitment are covered by the employer. Transparency, fairness, and ethical standards are a matter of course for us.
  • Who supports me outside of working hours?
  • Even after work, we wont leave you alone. For a good start in Germany, you will have a dedicated mentor. This person will support you with:
  • Administrative procedures (e.g. registration at the local registration office)
