We are looking for a dedicated

SERVICE TECHNICIAN (M/F/D) for Cleanroom Qualification

who will join our team in the Measuring Field Service.

Your responsibilities will include

Timely and professional on-site execution of customer orders for the qualification and testing of cleanroom facilities, as well as for the validation of equipment and processes, through optimal particle measurement and all other relevant measurements.

Analysis of measurements and preparation of qualification reports in accordance with quality management guidelines.

Training the client/customer on how to operate the cleanroom facility.

Standardization of work and revisions to work instructions.

Customer support, including technical assistance, especially in the event of unexpected problems.

What Youll Bring to the Table

You have a solid technical background (e.g., industrial plant mechanic, HVAC technician, or comparable training) or a bachelors degree in biotechnology or the natural sciences.

Ideally, you have knowledge and experience in the fields of measurement technology or ventilation technology, or you are a highly motivated entry-level candidate with a strong potential for independent professional development; we will provide thorough training and certification in specialized cleanroom technology.

You have a keen interest in mechanical processes and are skilled with your hands.

You stand out in a team setting for your proactive, independent, and structured approach to work, and you bring a quick grasp of new concepts as well as a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.

Youre very familiar with MS Office.

You have strong communication skills and are customer-oriented.

You have a very good command of written and spoken German (at least B2, preferably C1), supplemented by a good command of English.

Ideally, the candidate should have German professional recognition or equivalency.

Willingness to travel (approx. 40%) and a minimum of a Class B drivers license to carry out domestic and international projects.
