Your tasks
Reception, appointment scheduling and telephone
Assistance with aesthetic treatments and preparation of the treatment rooms
Reprocessing of instruments according to our hygiene plan
- Patient documentation and billing
- Ordering and controlling materials and medications
What you bring
Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) or a comparable qualification
Confident use of practice software and scheduling
Friendly tone at the reception desk, even when three things need attention at once
Business-fluent German, English for international patients
