At the earliest possible date we are looking for a committed

BTA/MTA/MTLA or biology laboratory technician (m/f/d)

who complements our team in laboratory evaluation. As part of our team, you will contribute to ensuring the safety and quality of medical devices. We offer you the opportunity to work in a specialized environment and develop your career.

Your tasks include

Testing and microbiological evaluation of qualitative and quantitative tests

Evaluation, implementation and assessment of microbiological identification of bacteria, molds and yeasts using Maldi-Tof -MS, sequencing, Gram staining, morphological and metabolic physiology

Microscopy

Care and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments

Collaborate with other team members and experts to drive projects forward together

Compliance with safety guidelines and procedures in the laboratory

GMP-compliant testing and documentation of work steps based on DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025

What you bring with you

Completed training in the field of biology or a related discipline

Ideally experience with PCR sequencing as well as sterile handling and microbiological working methods

Good laboratory practice and high accuracy at work

Ability to work in a team and in an interdisciplinary environment

Sense of responsibility and commitment to quality and safety

Willingness to undergo further training and adapt to new methods and technologies

Confident German at B2 / C1 level, knowledge of English

Recognition of your professional qualification in Germany
