We are looking for a dedicated

BTA/CTA or Biology/Chemistry Laboratory Technician (m/f/d) – Sterility Testing

to join our Sterility Testing team. As part of our team, you will help ensure the safety and quality of medical devices. We offer you the opportunity to work in a specialized environment and advance your career.

Your responsibilities will include

Testing the sterility of medical devices following a sterilization process in an ISO Class 6 cleanroom in accordance with Ph. Eur., USP, and DIN EN ISO 11737-2

Care and Maintenance of Laboratory Equipment and Instruments

Collaborating with other team members and experts to drive projects forward together

Compliance with Safety Policies and Procedures in the Laboratory

GMP-compliant testing and documentation of work steps in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025

What Youll Bring to the Table

Completed degree in biology, chemistry, or a related discipline, or a career change from a science background

Ideally, experience in cleanroom environments, as well as in sterile handling and microbiological work methods

Good Laboratory Practice and High Accuracy in Work

Ability to work as part of a team and in an interdisciplinary environment

A sense of responsibility and a commitment to quality and safety

Willingness to pursue continuing education and adapt to new methods and technologies

Proficiency in German at the B2/C1 level, knowledge of English

Authorization to work in Germany; recognition of professional qualifications, if applicable
